Recommended to seal Realistic Brick Compound finishes: We have tested this product as a sealer on Realistic Brick Compound and found that it produces very good results. It dries to a flat finish and adds strength and water resistance. Depending on which compound colour is being used the varnish will darken the finished colour, but not excessively. Note that care should be taken when applying by brush as the brick compound may become soft when wet so you should avoid wetting excessively or re-brushing wet areas too vigorously. If in doubt we advise testing a small area before application.
This varnish is also ideal for many other craft and DIY applications.
