Dolls house cottage garden kit in 1:12 scale. Design features include a square base with steps, cottage door, porch and window with cill. This kit makes an enjoyable small project and when completed it is small enough to display on a bookshelf or similar. When finished the outdoor scene can be completed by adding outdoor / garden accessories such as flowers, garden furniture etc..
1:12 scale Undecorated kit includes: Precision cut MDF parts for easy assembly. Wooden mouldings need to be cut to length. PVA wood glue is required for assembly (not included).

Decorating Materials Kit: To finish the walls, paving and tiles as shown in the finished example photo the following items are available as an decorating kit. Realistic Brick Compound - Buff 375g bag, Grey, 375g bag, Custom stencils to fit walls (rough stone) and paving (stone block), Roof slates (card). Please note that to complete the project additional materials will be required including PVA adhesive, various paints and matt varnish.
