A charming cottage style dolls house kit. Attractive gabled roof design, stone mullion style windows and side extension on ground floor. The house front is attached using concealed magnets and the roof panels are located securely on tabs. These parts are removable allowing easy access to the interior.
Inside there are two rooms on the ground floor and a single upstairs room. The upstairs ceiling / rafter assembly is included with the kit. The kit does not include stairs, but these could easily be added if required. An optional false staircase / wall kit is available separately.
This house is suited to a number of different styles including the Sussex style Terracotta tile-hung effect shown or Cotswold stone etc.

1:24 scale Undecorated kit includes: Precision cut MDF parts for easy assembly, window sill and porch mouldings etc as shown, magnetic catches and instructions.
