A Georgian town house style property made up of separate sections which can be added one by one. Each floor consists of an interlocking room box and a front facade which are sold separately and can be collected and added one by one to create your ideal dolls house.
Room Boxes
There are three room box types Low, Tall & Roof. All have the same generous internal floor size of 418mm x 360mm approx allowing plenty of scope for creative interior design. The room boxes incorporate an interlocking edge profile which ensures that they stack securely and remain in perfect alignment. The room boxes also incorporate a front lip which is used to ensure secure alignment of the front facade when fitted.
The Tall box is 247mm high and fits front styles B C, D & Shop Front.
The Low box is 213mm high and fits front styles A & Basement.
The Roof box is 213mm high with a sloping front to fit with the Roof front.
Front Facades
Six front facades are currently available including a basement, ground floor, roof & choice of window frame designs. The front facades include quoin and lintel & sill mouldings etc as shown in the pictures. Hook and eye catches are provided which can be used to attach the front to the room box.
Internal Wall & False Stairs
An internal wall with standard size door opening at one side and an opening the other side with staircase steps emerging at the corner. This is designed to fit along the back of the tall room boxes to create the impression of a staircase and hallway or further rooms behind.

All sections are supplied flat packed in undecorated kit form. Parts are precision manufactured from premium grade MDF.

The price includes UK delivery, but a surcharge may be payable for certain addresses including the highlands of Scotland and offshore islands.
