Orchard Avenue is a two storey Edwardian style house with a hinged roof attic, split front opening and two bay windows, Interior walls with doors. This dolls house is supplied ready decorated with white painted finish and brick effect as shown.

Dimensions (WxDxH): 610mm x 440mm x 620mm

Images of built and decorated dolls house are provided to show an example of how the finished kit can look after building. Any accessories shown in the photos are not included with the kit.

Delivery: This item will be dispatched directly from the supplier, usually within 1 - 2 working days for delivery via next day courier service within the UK. Great Adult Dolls house

Very pleased with the end result after building it. But I must admit the instructions can be misleading and not very informative and how do I know if its 1:12 or a 1:20 scale model as its the first time of me buying a dolls house.
