Please do not purchase this item or return items without first contacting us to arrange the return as we may not accept unauthorised returns..
The postage label will be emailed to you (usually within 24 hours) so you can print and attach to your parcel. You can then hand the parcel to your local Post Office where they will scan the label and give you a receipt. For your peace of mind the postage is fully tracked and insured.
If preferred customers can arrange alternative postage, but this is at the customers own risk.
