These LEDs are great for tight spaces or small houses where full size flicker units are not cost effective.l have mine in small cottage which only has three fires. As it is a replica of an actual cottage the fires aren't in the usual places for easy wiring so the fact they can be run from a 9v battery is great. Try them they are brilliant

Bought this for the Rocco fireplace, haven’t installed as yet so cannot give a full review. No doubt it will serve purpose and show a red flickering light.
