A built and decorated 1:12 scale dolls house. Newly designed and built in our workshop (not a kit).
The dolls house is constructed from MDF and has a slate effect roof and cream painted realistic textured brick effect external walls providing an attractive clean finish whilst still maintaining a realistic effect. The Georgian style window frames and sills are painted white and the front door blue.
Inside there are two main rooms plus an attic room accessed by lifting the hinged roof. All interior rooms are painted white and the two main rooms have real wood floorboard sheets loosely fitted. As this is a small house stairs have not been fitted so the available space is flexible and can be fully utilised.
Lighting has not been fitted, but wiring grooves have been cut in the floors making it very easy to fit lights in the main rooms if desired.
