A newly built and decorated 1:12 scale Georgian style dolls house. This dolls house is a one-off design (not a kit) which has been built from scratch in our workshop. The exterior is painted in antique cream with white detailing and slate grey colour roof. The interior is painted white as a blank canvas for further decoration. The wooden staircase has white painted spindles and stained wood and newels and handrails.
Overall dimensions (WxDxH): 675mm x 388mm x 685mm approx, including chimney & porch.
The house has 6 rooms in total with the dimensions as follows (WxDxH):
Ground floor: 381mm x 333mmm (includes stairs), 245mm x 333mm
First floor & attic rooms: 252mm x 333mmm, 245mm x 333mm
